- Bishop Silva has appointed Rupert Hunt as the East Honolulu Representative of the Diocesan Pastoral Council to a three-year term, effective July 1, 2017.
- Bishop Silva has appointed Caryn DeMello as the Windward Vicariate Representative of the Diocesan Board of Education to a three-year term, effective immediately until June 30, 2020.
