Announcements/Appointments

  • Dispensation from abstinence from meat on St. Patrick’s Day – Bishop Silva grants a dispensation from abstinence from meat on Friday, March 17, 2017, St. Patrick’s Day, for anyone who wishes to take advantage of it. However, if one chooses to eat meat on that day, another day close to it should be chosen to abstain from meat in order to preserve the importance of Lenten penitential discipline.
  • Bishop Silva has appointed Deacon Avaletalia Hunkin to diaconal ministry at Immaculate Conception Parish, Ewa, effective March 1, 2017.
