Members of the Japanese Religious Committee for the World Federation came to Hawaii earlier this month to attend memorial services for the 75th anniversary of the bombing of Pearl Harbor. The group, based out of Kyoto, Japan, took time during their stay in the Islands to tour the Cathedral Basilica of Our Lady of Peace, Dec. 6. Capuchin Franciscan Father Gordon Combs led the tour of the church for the visiting delegation, which included Shinto and Catholic priests, Buddhist monks and faithful of other Christian denominations.
