Sacred Hearts Academy head of school Betty White, second from right, was recognized for outstanding leadership and community service at the 39th Annual YWCA Oahu LeaderLuncheon on June 14 at the Sheraton Hotel in Waikiki. White, a lifelong advocate for girls’ education, has dedicated more than four decades to serving at Sacred Hearts Academy. The LeaderLuncheon, attended by 900 community members, benefits women and girls with housing, economic self-sufficiency, health, wellness, and professional development.
