- Bishop Silva announces the retirement of Reverend Sebastian Chacko, Pastor of Holy Family Parish, Honolulu, effective July 1, 2016.
- Bishop Silva has appointed Reverend John Le Vecke as Administrator of Holy Family Parish, Honolulu, effective July 1, 2016.
- Bishop Silva has appointed Reverend Drexel Ramos as Temporary Administrator of Our Lady Queen of Angels Parish, Keokea (also known as the Kula Catholic Community) effective upon his arrival through October 15, 2016. Reverend Ramos is appointed as Parochial Vicar of St. Joseph Parish, Makawao, effective October 16, 2016.
