- Bishop Silva has appointed Reverend Lane Akiona, SS.CC. as Vicar Forane of the East Honolulu Vicariate, effective July 1, 2016 – June 30, 2017 to complete the term of Father Dennis Koshko, who is retiring.
- Bishop Silva has appointed Reverend Edmundo Barut, Jr. as Vicar Forane of the Leeward Oahu Vicariate, effective July 1, 2016 – June 30, 2017 to complete the term of Father Michel Dalton, OFM Cap., who is moving to another vicariate.
- Reverend Efren Tomas, M.S. replaces Reverend Edmundo Barut Jr. as the Elected Representative of the Presbyteral Council to complete the term effective July 1, 2016 – June 30, 2018.
- Bishop Silva has appointed Deacon Keith Cabiles to diaconal ministry at St. Augustine-by-the-Sea Parish, Waikiki, effective July 1, 2016.
