All sessions are at the St. Francis Kupuna Village in Liliha at 2226 Liliha Street in the Weinberg Medical Office Building, second floor, suites 202 and 203. Validated parking is free.

Attendees may choose the most appropriate date and time:

  • Friday, June 3, 5-7 p.m.
  • Saturday, June 4, 10 a.m.-noon
  • Friday, June 24, 5-7 p.m.
  • Saturday, June 25, 10 a.m.-noon

The cost is $10 per person. Cash and checks accepted. Please make checks payable to: St. Francis Healthcare System of Hawaii, and mail to St. Francis Healthcare System, P.O. Box 29700. Honolulu, Hawaii 96820, attn: Maylynn Wong, Caregiver Education.
