- Bishop Silva has confirmed the appointment of Reverend Sebastian Kumar Soosai, M.F. as Parochial Vicar of Maria Lanakila Parish, Lahaina, effective April 28, 2016.
- Bishop Silva has appointed Reverend Santiago Agoo as Administrator of Sacred Heart Parish, Waianae, effective July 1, 2016.
- Bishop Silva has appointed Reverend Ramon Francisco as Parochial Vicar of St. John Apostle & Evangelist Parish, Mililani, effective July 1, 2016.
- Bishop Silva has appointed Reverend E.J. Resinto as Parochial Vicar of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish, Ewa Beach, effective July 25, 2016. (To be ordained a priest on July 9, 2016.)
- Very Reverend Johnathan Hurrell, SS.CC., Provincial of the Congregation of the Sacred Hearts – United States Province, has proposed Reverend Ajith Kumar Antony Dass, SS.CC. as Pastor of Our Lady of Sorrows Parish, Wahiawa, effective September 1, 2016. Bishop Silva has confirmed this appointment.
- Bishop Silva announces that on April 12, 2016, Deacon John K. (Jack) Shuster, ordained a permanent deacon of the Diocese of Honolulu, was incardinated into the clergy of the Diocese of Las Cruces, New Mexico, where he has resided and ministered for several years.
- Bishop Silva announces the retirement of Deacon Roy Matsuo from diaconal ministry, effective immediately.
- Bishop Silva has appointed Pablo Rodriguez to the Diocesan Pastoral Council as the representative of the Windward Oahu Vicariate for a three-year term, effective July 1, 2016.
- Bishop Silva has appointed Reverend Samuel Loterte, S.S.S. as Parochial Vicar of St. Elizabeth Parish, Aiea, effective July 1, 2016.
- Bishop Silva has appointed Reverend Ernesto Juarez as Parochial Vicar of St. Anthony of Padua Parish, Kailua, effective July 1, 2016.
- Bishop Silva has appointed Reverend Gregorio Honorio, Pastor of the Co-Cathedral of St. Theresa, as a member of the Bishop’s Administrative Advisory Council. He replaces Reverend Michel Dalton, OFM, Cap., who has served faithfully for almost 20 years.
- Very Reverend Celso Yu, M.F., North American Delegation Superior of Missionaries of Faith, has proposed Reverend Chacko Muthootil, M.F. as Pastor of St. Rita Parish, Haiku. Bishop Silva has confirmed this appointment, effective July 1, 2016.

- Reverend Paterno Labasano, S.S.S. as Parochial Vicar of Mary, Star of the Sea Parish, Waialae-Kahala.
- Reverend Wilbert Laroga, S.S.S. as Pastor of St. Joseph Parish, Hilo.
- Reverend Zaldy B. Norba, S.S.S. as Parochial Vicar of St. Joseph Parish, Hilo.
- Bishop Silva has appointed the following to the Diocesan Pastoral Council for three-year terms, effective July 1, 2016:
