The Diocese of Honolulu’s eighth class of permanent deacon candidates and their wives pose with their hosts and instructors at the Palolo Kwannon Buddhist Temple after an enlightening evening March 11 exploring Buddhism. The visit provided a triple-treat of presenters with Rev. Eshin Irene Matsumoto of Kwannon Temple, Dharma teacher Ernestine Enomoto and peace speaker Masago Asai each sharing their traditions.
