Announcements/Appointments

  • Bishop Silva is pleased to announce that Reverend Gregorio Honorio, until now a priest of the Missionaries of Our Lady of LaSalette, was incardinated into the clergy of the Diocese of Honolulu by official decree on March 17, 2016. Bishop Silva has also changed his status from “Administrator” to “Pastor” of the Co-Cathedral of St. Theresa, Kalihi.
  • Bishop Silva is pleased to announce that Reverend Anastacio “Jun” R. Postrano, until now a priest of the Diocese of Tagum, Philippines, was incardinated into the clergy of the Diocese of Honolulu by official decree on March 17, 2016. Bishop Silva has also changed his status from “Administrator” to “Pastor” of St. Roch Parish, Kahuku.
  • The diocesan offices will be closed Friday, March 25, 2016 in observance of Good Friday and Monday, March 28, 2016 in observance of Prince Kuhio Day.
