2,000-step march pledges funds for pregnancy center
The fourth annual Maui March for Life, Jan. 23, a 2,000-step trek from the corner of Kaahumanu Avenue and Kane Street to Christ the King Church in Kahului, is collecting from marchers pledges of a minimum of one penny per step.
Knights of Columbus golf tournament to raise money for ultrasound initiative
The Hawaii Knights of Columbus inaugural Charity Golf Tournament, Jan. 29, at the Coral Creek Golf Course in Ewa Beach will raise funds to help the Aloha Pregnancy Center in Waipahu to buy an ultrasound machine.
