Waialae-Kahala parish offering ministry for grieving parishioners

01/14/2016 by Hawaii Catholic Herald

Mary, Star of the Sea Church in Waialae-Kahala offers consolation and support to those who are mourning the loss of a loved one. This Healing Hearts ministry provides participants an opportunity to explore mourning through Scripture, prayer, reflection and faith sharing.

If you are coping with the loss of a loved one, we invite you to come to one or all of our sessions. These sessions are open entry. You may choose to attend one, two, or all of them.

There will be six consecutive two-hour sessions from 1-3 p.m. on Saturdays, beginning Jan. 23, in the second floor activity center (across from the gym) continuing through Feb. 27.
