  • Bishop Silva has appointed Reverend Rico Bernadez as Administrator of St. Philomena Parish, Honolulu, effective July 1, 2015.
  • Bishop Silva has appointed Reverend Nicholas Brown (to be ordained a priest on May 22, 2015) as Parochial Vicar of St. Anthony of Padua Parish, Kailua, effective June 1, 2015.
  • Bishop Silva has appointed Arnold Martines to the Diocesan Finance Council, to fulfill the term of Catherine Ngo, who has resigned, effective immediately until August 31, 2018.
