Announcements/Appointments
- Very Reverend Rosanno Soriano, M.S., Provincial of the Missionaries of Our Lady of La Salette, has proposed Reverend Antonio Abuan, M.S. as Pastor of Holy Cross, Kalaheo, Kauai, effective July 15, 2014. Bishop Silva has confirmed this appointment.
- Bishop Silva has appointed Reverend John Fredy Quintero as a member of the Presbyteral Council to complete the term of Reverend Edison Pamintuan, M.S. who will be leaving Hawaii to take a sabbatical; effective July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2015.
- Bishop Silva has appointed Reverend Arnel Soriano, M.S. as Spiritual Director of the Filipino Catholic Club on Kauai, effective July 1, 2014.
- Bishop Silva has appointed Karen Nakamura to the Diocesan Board of Education as the Representative of the East Honolulu Vicariate for a three-year term, effective July 1, 2014 – June 30, 2017.
- Bishop Silva has reappointed Sam Knepper as a member of the Diocesan Stewardship & Development Commission, effective July 1, 2014 – June 30, 2017.
