‘Launch your dreams’ theme of Chaminade’s small business fair

The Chaminade University School of Business and the Hogan Entrepreneurs program will host the 2013 Hawaii Small Business Fair “Launch Your Dreams into Reality,” Oct. 12, 8:30 a.m.-1 p.m. on campus in Henry Hall. The event is free and open to the public.

Parking is also free, but seating is limited.

To reserve a seat, register by Oct. 4 at http://smallbizfair2013.eventbrite.com or call 945-1430. Walk-ins will be accommodated on space available basis.

The workshop topics include “Starting a Food Truck/ Culinary Business,” “Profitability and Cash Flow,” “Branding” and “General Excise Tax De-Mystified.”

Exhibitors include Minority Business Development Agency, SCORE, State Dept of Transportation, U.S. Rural Development, State Department of Taxation,
