About 100 faithful braved the rainy and humid weather on June 2 to participate in the diocese’s annual Corpus Christi procession. The procession began at the Co-Cathedral of St. Theresa and winded through the streets of metro-Honolulu to the Cathedral of Our Lady of Peace. Bishop Larry Silva and other clergy took turns carrying a gold monstrance containing the Blessed Sacrament, and led the crowd on the 1.25 mile walk to commemorate the Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ.
