- Bishop Silva has appointed Rev. Francisco de los Reyes, SSS and Rev. Adondee Arellano, MS, to the Diocesan Screening Committee, for a three year term, effective immediately.
- Bishop Silva has appointed the following individuals to the Hawaii Catholic Conference Board:
